1. You did an outstanding job last year - truly great stuff. Because of this I rated you a "1" for last year.
2. Given your rating, I gave you a N% salary increase (pretty much the maximum I could give you).

As said in my previous email, I love this job, and I am happy. This is because you are giving me the best trust and support (again, thanks a lot), and I have a (virtual) team that is trust worth and supportive (like traveling continuously for 5 weeks). Also, I learn a lot from this job, and find myself capable of doing a lot more things than I thought. After my first degree I have been with 4 different companies, and this is the first time I feel satisfied.
